Top lists of global universities are filled with schools from the US. It has been this way for decades. That is why I said it is the "gold standard". Current , 8/10 top schools form US News and World Report are in the US. Home bias? Perhaps, but a point of discussion.

hg0088官方网站Likewise, a Google search about the perceived quality of non-college education in the US brings up thousands of hits from reputable sites like the Washington Post, ranging from WHY it's perceived more poorly than it actually is all the way to it's systematic failings. Those articles don't exist in a vacuum. Non-college education in the US is perceived much more poorly than college education. My question was "why"?
